This book is an open-source collaborative project being run by NHS and Social Care staff mostly from the UK Midlands region.

It is supported and enabled by:

• The Midlands Decision Support Network

• The Strategy Unit

• The Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit

It is written using the Quarto technical publishing system.
